Merseyside is set for a glorious start to the week as temperatures will be hotter than parts of Europe.
It will feel more like spring this week on Merseyside as warmer weather arrives.
Last week Merseyside saw snow and ice hit which brought chaos to transport to the region.
The milder air that has been above the UK since the start of the year is set to be replaced by much colder air this week.
The week will get off to a very cold start on Merseyside this week.
Last week saw winds of over 50 mph which downed tree’s delayed trains and parts of Liverpool City Centre were cordoned off.
After a mix of sunshine and heavy showers through the weekend that saw rainbows during Liverpool pride, that theme is set to continue.
After a soggy start to the week when Merseyside saw heavy rain throughout most of Monday, it left many of us thinking if it will stop and if the warm weather return.
The new week will bring cooler temperatures and an increase in cloud and rain as a ex Hurricane moves in.
