NASA cancels historic space mission due to bad weather


The historic spaceX launch was cancelled tonight due to bad weather in Florida.

NASA cancelled the trip to the International Space Station as the weather began to worsen.

Astronauts were set to travel to the ISS on one of billionaire Elon Musk’s space rockets.

An estimated 1.7m people tuned in online to view the launch LIVe but were disappointed when it had it be cancelled.

The weekend looks to be the earliest oppertunity for the rocket to take off ith weather windows on Saturday and Sunday.

The Launch America, will be the first time in nearly 10 years NASA astronauts have lifted off US soil aboard an American made rocket. 

SpaceX could be the first private company to put astronauts into space, which is something achieved by Russia, the US and China.
