NASA said on its website: “The next full Moon will be on Thursday morning, May 7, 2020, appearing opposite the Sun (in Earth-based longitude) at 6:45am EDT.”

This means the moon will be the most visible at approximately 10:45pm.

Supermoons happen when the full moon is at its closest point in its orbit of Earth, making it seem bigger and brighter than usual and on 7th May, the moon will get as close as 221,772 miles to Earth.
