Wirral basked in warm temperatures of over 20C on good Friday, which ended in a dramatic way.
Friday evening saw the days nice weather end in heavy rain and a few flashes of lightning and thunder.
The nice weather continued too as Saturday saw more temperatures of over 20C with plenty of sunny spells.
Sunday will see further warm spells at a cooler 15C, but the evening will end with heavy showers that could be thundery at times.
Monday will see temperautres drop right down to 10C with it reamining that way until the middle of the week.
Temperatures will recover by Thursday with highs of 18C.
The Met Office say: “It will be a dry Sunday morning for many with some cloud around and the chance of rain for northern parts. Some sunny spells developing in the afternoon and becoming breezier.
“Monday and Tuesday will be dry with variable cloud, sunny spells and on the cooler side. Wednesday will be dry also with long spells of sunshine. Rural frost possible throughout.”
