This month there is plenty to spot in the night skies over the UK, if it’s a clear night.
Venus can best be seen in the hours just after sunset from around 630pm.
Visibility improves as the sunlight fades but is only visible for a short time in a south westerly direction.
Mars can best be seen in the hours just before sunrise at around 5am.
Visibility deteriorates as the sky gets brighter and it is visible for about an hour in a south easterly direction
Uranus can be seen for more than 9 hours after sunset and during the late evening/early night in a southerly direction.
You may need binoculars.
