If you’re heading out for New Years Eve then you may want to know what the weather is doing as the clocks strike 12.
This year the weather is expected to remain dry through New Years Eve, with a much calmer end to 2019.
When the clocks strike midnight the weather should remain dry with light winds and temepatures around 5C.
It will remain dry through New Years Day and temperatures will hit double figures, which will make it feel mild for the time of year.
The Met Office say: Largely dry on Sunday with sunny spells, though remaining windy.
“Outbreaks of rain will push southwards through Monday before becoming drier on Tuesday. Mild at first, turning cooler later.”
