Current forecasts show that there isn’t much sunshine on the cards either, as the week will be mostly cloudy.

The cooler change to the weather is thanks to a shift in winds and air pressure.

The Met Office say: “Rather cloudy with some outbreaks of light rain during the morning.

“Monday afternoon should turn drier and brighter, with spells of sunshine developing. Feeling rather cool in the brisk breeze.

“Largely dry and settled throughout the middle of the week, with plenty of sunny spells.

“Winds becoming light from Wednesday, allowing it to feel a little warmer.”
