The warm sunshine will return this weekend to Mersyeside, resulting in a dry and pleasant few days.
Although not as high as the temperatures that we saw during the heatwave, it will still feel warm when the suns is out.
The region can expect temperatures to reach into the mid 20’s, there will be the threat of cloudier conditions on Sunday.

The Met Office say: “A fine day with early cloud soon breaking to allow plenty of sunshine.
“With light winds it will feel very warm, although there’ll be cooling breezes on the coast. Maximum temperature 26 °C.”
“Sunday will be dry, bright and very warm. Cloudier with some showery outbreaks of rain on Monday.
“A mixture of sunshine and scattered showers on Tuesday and feeling fresher.”
On Thursday forecasters issued Thunderstorm weather warnings for Friday, they have since been cancelled as the storms are expected to stay further south, leaving a dry and sunny weekend.
