The heatwave conditions will continue though the start of the week on Merseyside.
Monday and Tuesday will see more very warm conditions, with temperatures reaching 27C.
However, by midweek temperatures will start to get cooler and it will feel slightly fresher.
As the weekend arrives it will be nearly 10 degrees cooler than that of last weekend.

Merseyside is expected to stay dry throughout the week, but there is a risk of seeing some thundery showers.
The Met Office say : “Most areas are likely to stay dry with further very warm or hot sunshine on the cards.
“There is a small chance of a thundery shower on Thursday.
“Through next weekend it looks like high pressure builds from the Atlantic, with much of the UK staying dry and very warm with sunshine.

“However, there is the risk of cloudier and breezier conditions with some rain in the far north and northwest possible.”
Staggeringly over the last week the heatwave has well and truly continued to bake the UK, the country only recorded a lowest maximum temperature of 29C over six days.
