The biggest horse racing competition in the world gets underway this Thursday at Aintree on Merseyside.
Weather can often impact racing results and the members of the public that turn up, so will you need a brolly or the sunglasses, here is the important weather forecast for the Grand National.
Grand Opening Day
The Grand National will kick off to a bright start with the risk of some showers during the morning.
The afternoon is expected to be mostly dry but it will be much cloudier, with temperatures slowly increasing into double figures.
Ladies Day is expected to be mostly dry but with the risk of the odd shower.
It will be a mostly cloudy day with temperatures around 13C, feeling milder than Thursday.

Grand National Day
The weather is expected to be mostly dry and mild for main race day.
There could even be some sunshine as the horses take off to start the Grand National race.
The Met Office say: “A west/east split will continue on Thursday, with some warm sunny spells possible in the west.
“Eastern areas will stay mostly gloomy with hill fog and drizzle. Maximum temperature 14 °C.
“Starting damp on Friday, otherwise mostly dry and bright. Turning warmer over the weekend with scattered heavy showers on Saturday”.
