Bank Holiday Monday is expected to be a very wet day across Merseyside, as a weather front tracks across the country.
Temperatures will be on the milder side, as warmer air replaces colder air, meaning temps will be back into double figures all this week.
How long will the rain last ?
The rain is set to last all day according to the Met Office, with the forecaster signalling that there is an 80% chance of rain throughout most of Bank Holiday Monday.
The heavier rain will arrive through the morning until around 1pm, when it will become lighter, before becoming heavier again around 6pm tonight.

Bank Holiday Monday is expected to be the worst day of the week for weather, but as the week progresses the brighter weather will return, making it feel much more pleasant than recently.
The Met Office say: “Easter Monday will be unsettled. It will be generally cloudy, wet and windy with some heavy rain in places.
“There will also be some snow, especially over the north Pennines. Maximum temperature 8 °C.
“Tuesday will be a sunnier day, although with scattered showers. The showers are most likely in the morning, and some could be heavy.

“Becoming rather warm in the sunshine. Maximum temperature 15 °C.
“Another day of sunshine and heavy showers is expected on Wednesday.
“Thursday looks drier, but colder, with early frost. Friday should be mostly fine, but breezy, and perhaps milder again”.
