A rare event that has never been seen before will mean earth will experience a whole day that will last 47 hours instead of the usual 24.
There will be no nighttime for a night, which means daylight will last right through what would be nighttime on earth.
Although appearing to completely miss out a night its actually down to a normal 24 hour day taking longer to progress.
It’s all due to the earths rotation slowing down for just a few hours, but it will take longer for the earth to catch back up to speed.
A local university professor has explained this rare phenomenon and its origin, he said: “its all down to something called APRIL FOOLS”…
