Merseyside will see a very wet weekend this week, as weather fronts track across the region, bringing heavy rain and strong winds.
Saturday will see the worst of the weather as rain is forecast throughout most of the day and winds will be gusting at around 40mph.
However, temperatures will be back into double figures during the weekend, making it feel much more milder than recently.
Sunday will see the best of the weather, as it will be mostly dry with winds much calmer, temperatures will be at a mild 12C.
Temperatures will be on the rise as we head through the weekend. Sunday in fact will be feeling very mild in places thanks to some sunshine and also the Foehn effect https://t.co/3ogjdYu25I pic.twitter.com/62osYwNzfv
