Temperatures are set to take a tumble at the weekend on Merseyside.
The chillier weather is thanks to arctic air filtering down over the UK from the north.
As the colder air sinks south, temperatures will be feeling much chillier as we head further into the weekend.
By Saturday and Sunday temperatures wont climb above 12C, with night time temps falling as low as 5C.

The Met Office say: “Sunday mainly dry and much brighter but less windy.
“A bright and frosty start Monday, with outbreaks of rain likely later. “Tuesday rather cloudy but milder with rain possible”.
