After a very mild start to the week that saw temperatures of over 16C on Tuesday, the weather will feel much more autumnal by the end of the week.
This is due to colder polar air filtering down over the UK as the jet Stream changes position.

The change in wind direction will mean temperatures will be at a chillier 11C by the weekend.
Temperatures will feel colder at times due to the wind chill and will fall even lower during the night time.
