Autumn is when the weather begins to cool, nights become colder and leaves begin to brown on tree’s, giving local parks a warm glow, for these reasons its one of our favourite months.

But when does Autumn start ?
Autumn starts on 22nd September and ends 21st December and the most noticeable sign of autumn in the UK is the changing colours of the leaves.
As a result of the falling temperatures in autumn, the chemical in the leaves that makes them green begins to break down while other chemicals remain to give the leaves their yellow, red and brown colours.
What is the weather like during Autumn ?
Autumn is normally associated with dropping temperatures and the nights drawing in as winter approaches.
Autumn can often bring unsettled weather and can often bring stormy conditions with strong gales due to weather from the Atlantic moving over the UK.
