Merseyside is expected to see rain throughout the week, as a series of weather fronts bringing rain and strong winds hit the region.
Strong gusts arrived in the early hours of Tuesday thanks to an area of low pressure and will batter the region through Tuesday, which could reach over 50mph at times.
Forecasters expect that the worst of the winds will be at costal locations across Merseyside.
With the strong winds means the weather will feel much cooler, temperatures won’t climb much above 14C.
