Last week Merseyside saw scorching temperatures of 27C as warm air from Spain reached the UK.
With the warm weather came a risk of thunderstorms as severe weather warnings for heavy rain were issued.
However, this week is much different story, as a change in wind direction will result in cooler cloudier weather.
