12.4 million people will hit the roads to visit family this weekend for the Easter break, but the question on everyones lips is what is the weather going to be like ?
Forecasts show that the cooler, showery, cloudy weather is expected to continue for the rest of the week, right through easter weekend, with the chance of some brighter spells.
Temperatures are expected to average around 10C.

Southern and eastern areas can expect some early brightness. However, thicker cloud and patchy rain is likely to affect the north and west, and rain will extend to all parts during the day, turning heavy in places later. Maximum Temperature 12C.
Saturday will bring a mix of sunshine and scattered showers. It will feel chilly in the brisk north-westerly breeze. Maximum Temperature 12C.
Easter Day looks mostly cloudy with some rain. Easter Monday should be brighter, but with the chance of a few showers.
