Merseyside will get a break from the wild weather this week


After freezing temperatures and strong winds last week, Merseyside will finally get a break from the wild weather.

This is down to high pressure and with more of a westerly direction in windsthis will mean a build in temperatures.

Temperatures will average around 8C and the week will be mostly cloudy with winds much calmer than last week.

The Met Office say: “High pressure this week will bring a continuation of quiet, mostly cloudy conditions.

“Aside from light rain over the hills at times, it will be dry with occasional brighter spells”.
