Hunters Supermoon will be visible on Merseyside this weekend

The Hunters Moon will be visible on the night of Sunday 16th October.

The moon will be brighter and bigger than usual, as a supermoon is when the moon is closest to the earth.

But what makes this special is that the supermoon is combined with a hunters moon, a hunter’s moon comes the month after the harvest moon, which itself is the full moon closest to the autumn equinox.
