A funnel cloud was spotted forming in the skies over Ormskirk today.
It was spotted by Stratus Imagery and was posted to twitter.

It’s not quite a tornado, as funnel clouds aren’t considered as tornados until they hit the ground.
This comes as full tornado formed in Lincolnshire today, it destroyed nearby stalls at a country show and sent a bouncy castle flying 30 feet into the air.
