The clocks go forward this Sunday at 1am for British Summer Time (BST).
The changing of the clocks was first introduced during World War One by Germany and Austria, and then by the allies, to save on coal usage.
It was then adopted by the rest of the world in the 1970’s.
The clocks will go back an hour for GMT in October.
