The Met Office say icy stretches are expected to form on many untreated roads and pavements in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Showers will affect parts of northern Wales and NW England on Monday night which could fall as snow on high ground.

Later in the night showers will become more isolated, and as skies clear, road and pavement temperatures will fall below freezing, and with surfaces wet, icy stretches are expected to develop on untreated surfaces on Tuesday morning.
The Met Office warn to be aware of the risk of some difficult driving conditions, and some low level travel disruption.
Tuesday is expected to feature mostly sunny conditions on Merseyside, the lack of cloud means temperatures will not climb much above 6C making it feel very chilly.
