BY KIRSTY BAKSTAD
My name is Kirsty, I’m 25 from Wirral and I love taking pictures on my Samsung s5 and a Canon power shot camera.
Some of the scenes I’ve seen over the time I have been taking pictures have seen have been breathtaking and I love taking pictures of the weather because it’s never the same, there’s always something I haven’t captured yet, a sundog is picture I’ve been after a while.
To choose my favourite type of weather, is hard, I have 3:
Lightning
Crisp winter mornings
Sunsets
My favourite picture I have taken was the sun halo picture, as you may have seen on WirralWeather.com a few months back, my picture got front page of the Liverpool Echo thanks to my husband sending them in!

I have other favourites that I’ve sent in to the WirralWeather Facebook page:
This sunset tonight is number 1 now.

The sun halo and the sunset in Parkgate the other day.

The one of my 4 children I obviously love.

I always get my children involved in taking pictures as much as possible, I think they’ll be obsessed with the weather just like me!.
I like sending them to Wirral Weather because I love it when the people of Wirral to see how beautiful the area really is and WirralWeather do a great job of showing the area in a positive light.
Mother nature makes weather moments like magic, I’m just there to witness them luckily.
