Parts of the south are set to see the highest temperature’s of the year so far and the warmest weather since Halloween last year.
However, the Wirral won’t see the warm temperatures for the rest of the week, with cloud and a cold front bringing much cooler and cloudier conditions.
The Wirral saw highs of 19C on Tuesday but today temperatures have dropped by nearly 10C.
Although the low temps and cloud today, there will be more brightness in the week with the sun predicted to make lengthy appearances until Saturday, but again, due to the lack of warm air, temps will be into the low teens.
Looking towards the weekend, Wirral will remain in the cooler air but high pressure will continue to leave it largely dry with spells of sunshine at times.
Summary: Feeling cooler but still bright and sunny at times.
